QGIS indicates English manual available but git documentation not in English

Hi,

The SmartMap QGIS popup indicates there is an English manual available but the link resolves to the Portuguese GitHub page and there are no obvious links to any documentation in English. If there is an English manual, maybe add a link from the QGIS popup?

I'd love to use the plugin but can't find the English documentation
