macOS version (pretty please)

I very much not impressed by the chm viewers I've looked at so far for macOS - really not designed for integration into applications unlike kchmviewer.

I've be ever so happy to see a universal .app for it built specifying:
set(CMAKE_OSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET 13.4 CACHE STRING "Minimum operating system version for deployment" FORCE)

Is this at all likely?
