Display most recent love on Explore page

The explore page starts out with a form to enter a username, and a lot of blank space. It would be nice to use that blank space to display the most recent (not secret) love. This would involve editing a template and the corresponding backend function, as well as probably writing some tests.

This is a bit of an intermediate level ticket, maybe not best for a complete newbie.
