No README.rst under the folder

  When I try to use 'pip install . ', I find there is no README.rst file with the following error message:

  FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/viscam/projects/animated_3d_objects/zyh/Automatic-Rigging/README.rst'
