Investigate why HTTP/2 tests on Windows are throwing errors

The tests pass but an ECONNREFUSED is thrown in the background which causes Vitest to report failure (which is nice!).

I suspect this is related to the quick and dirty fetch implementation rather than the HTTP/2 adapter itself but needs more investigation.
