Port forwarding instructions render with missing newline

Can't figure out why, though; looks fine on Github and in the source, but messed up on the Docker hub.

This is unfortunate. The README was intended for GitHub and I am not aware of a fix to make it work in both places. Maybe if there were some detail on the Markdown rendering engine used on Docker Hub?
