Driver floods journal with debug messages

Consider disabling debugging in `Makefile`

```bash
CONFIG_RTW_DEBUG = n
```
because driver floods journal with messages about channel scanning. 
Maybe I having this issue because I have some hidden WiFi networks configured and driver scanning the channels trying to find them.
