typo3.surf:composer:localInstall ist no longer in the typo3 surf package #7
Description
In the class file CMS.php there is at line 84 typo3.surf:composer:localInstall and typo3.surf:composer:install as task defined but in line 89 only typo3.surf:composer:localInstall is added after package state. I think the typo3.surf:composer:install task is the right one to you use because the other one not in the typo3 surf package. Right?
