JQuery Version Conflict #1

I have seen your code and I very much appreciate it. You have done it for JQuery 1.11.2 but for my project I need to import JQuery 3.3.1 min
As currently 3.3.1 is the latest version and many of us need that version I was hoping you would give the script code of index.php for JQuery 3.3.1 min that performs the same action.
