Description
In theory, HexOS should be handling all network and cert settings in the background. That's its job. I am able to install and update to the latest release of MineOS, set a user and password during install, and launch the WebUI.
Downloading the desired .jar files seems to work. I can set the profile to Mojang 1.21.11 and the running .jar file to minecraft_server.1.21.11.jar. Under the alerts bell, these changes are noted. When I accept the EULA and start, these are also noted in the alerts. Accept EULA success. Server (server name) start success.
But if the server is up for any fraction of a second, it is gone too fast for me to see.
In the side bar under "logging" nothing ever shows up. I'm not seeing any way to use the WebUI to check minecraft server logs or console, nor any way to see any error logs from the MineOS server itself.
With this being launched via HexOS, that itself is based on TrueNAS, extensive direct file access under the hood is not encouraged. It is possible, but they don't make it easy or user friendly. Where should I be looking, in the WebUI or elsewhere, to find out what is going wrong?
I understand this might all be down to an implementation problem from the HexOS team. I am cross-posting over there to see if anyone is having the same issue.
