[IDEA] Strip unused checks #3
Description
Once there is the possibility to add custom babel-plugins to the build pipeline (see emberjs/ember-cli-babel#42 for further details), a babel plugin similar to the feature flags could be added, which would strip all version checks and only leave the code paths which satisfy the versions used in the app where this addon is added...
