After hearing the terrible news, I set some time aside in February and worked on sustaining the work that went into this repository.

I created a repository under an organization, https://github.com/ogc-schemas/ogc-schemas, tried to address some of the most pressing issues I had and released a new version of Alexey's work, under new coordinates.
