[Bug]: High is good toggling should reverse the define legend values #778

What happened?
When the user toggles the value of the high is good value, the legends should reverse in order, the first legend should have the min and max of the last legend, and vice versa.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to edit an existing scorecard
- Open the data configuration page
- Select one of the data items to edit it
- Click on the 'High is good' checkbox
- Observe the legends not changing
