Missing function in getting_started notebook: NameError: name 'run_vizarr' is not defined

Hi,
Very small issue to mention:
In vizarr/python/notebooks/getting_started.ipynb, there is a call run_vizarr([astronaut_img, noise]) to function that is nowhere to be found in the project.
