Hey it looks like Ribbon's cache is very outdated and binlist is more reliable now, could we update the repo to use binlist instead? Thanks!

I will look into this. If it is not already configurable, then we will make it configurable to allow ordering of service.

Have looked I think what needs to happen is the config needs to be able to be an option to be passed in when a new IinChecker is invoked.

You are welcome to put in a PR, otherwise I will take a look myself when I get some time later this week.
