streamline GO annotation

so far @hputnam has retrieved GO annotations via uploading a list of Uniprot accessions assigned by GenSAS to the Uniprot ID mapping tool (line 615 of https://github.com/hputnam/Geoduck_Meth/blob/master/RAnalysis/Scripts/GM.Rmd#L615).

To make this more streamlined, we'd like to assign GO IDs with using code and not the web interface.

@kubu4 has done this here: RobertsLab/resources#764 but we are waiting for confirmation that these annotations are the correct ones to be using.
