Description
I also work with clinical study data, and I have an interest in creating SDTM data in R. So that people don't reinvent the wheel too often (and so that we can all share work together, I thought that it would be good to bring some people together for SDTM in R:
- sdtmchecks: Is this intended to check, read, and write SDTM data?
- xportr: This looks like it reads, writes, and does some SDTM data checking
- Rsdtm: Some limited utilities for SDTM data loading in R
I'm going to post this in each repo so that everyone is aware of the other efforts and we can combine work most efficiently.
