Based on your other comments, I assume that "large" is thousands or more profiles. My first answer for how to make it faster is to only calculate what you need. The more parameters calculated, the more time will be taken. Some parameters (notably half-life) take more time, so only calculating what you need can help. The main focus of PKNCA is clinical data. So, it does a lot of checking that is usually not necessary with simulated data (based on your other message, I assume that it's simulated). If that is the case, then using the |
