In the spirit of the (recent) ValueCodecs and KeyCodecs to make frequent patterns of value and key transformers more quickly available, I did some similar work for key filters (filt_iter).

Something new (interface-wise) I tried here is to add these (quick store decorator factories) to the filt_iter function itself, as attributes. So filt_iter works as usual, but now has attributes to make store-transforming decorators (of the kind we often make) quickly.

If this adding quick factories as attributes catches on, I might do the same with ValueCodecs and KeyCodes. Perhaps adding these as attributes of wrap_kvs.
