Make dol tests windows compatible #52
Description
dol CI has been only testing on ubuntu.
This has left dol exposed to unforeseen failures for windows.
I made a seed for a windows CI action.
Tests fail.
Should address this.
Starting with the most likely cause of failures: filesys.py (for more, see this AI chat).
Other likely vulnerables: paths.py and some of trans.py possibly.
