Custom field doesn't load Numbers from Phonebox plugin

Hi, I've an issue with custom fields.
I want to use this plugin to add phone numbers to a site. I created a custom field, type: Multiple object, but when try to add there are no number to add. How can we solve it?
Netbox version: v3.5.1
Plugin version; phonebox-plugin 0.0.6b1

I made some tests, and in version 3.5.0, 3.5.1 and 3.5.2 the search result is as shown (no result)
In version 3.5.3 until 3.5.9 is showing the results but empty

But if I click on the results and save it, after editing I can see that ones that I chose.

I tried with Netbox 3.7.3 and lates pluging and same result. Would be possible to fix this?
This will be very useful for us.

In netbox v4.0.5 and plugin v0.0.9 still have the issue. Now in Custom field can see the description but not the number:

undefined is shown instead of the number.
