Mods Can't Delete without Shame

Add in some way to check if the delete is triggered by a mod?

Current behaviour: if mod deletes a message; Swag reposts the message that was deleted.

This needs to be addressed so that cases of academic integrity violations can be safely removed.

May not be easily achievable. Discord doesn't track who triggers events.

For now; messages are only repeated if the author was not a bot. The goal then is if a mod deletes a message, bot repeats, mod deletes bot's message with no more repeats. Definitely not ideal.
