Feature Request: Images in headers/footers

, Headers and Footers don't support Images. Word does support them however, so it would be cool if we could utilize that.

Hi @benwa,

You are not the first to ask for this, and it is a reasonable request. I thought I had image support within tables working (which would fulfil your requirement). I need to check my local dev branches!
