Script returns 404 Client Error: Not Found for url

I"ve been using your methods with great success. Thank you.

But recently during the upload the script returns '404 Client Error: Not Found for url'. The SharePoint url exists and I can get to it.  The admin has said that permissions did not change. Do you have any advice on troubleshooting this?
