Hang/infinite loop

Not sure how it happened, but managed to make amberfell get stuck in an infinte loop, it was printing:

Generating chunk at x: 4377 z: 4240

over and over again. I should have collected a dump but I'm dumb and just did Ctrl+C.

I saw this today too. I think it's to do with the refactoring I did yesterday where I moved code from GenerateChunk to NewChunk. My suspicion is that the same chunk keeps getting generated over and over somewhere in the tree/other feature creation code. I think the chunk is being referenced before it's added to the world.chunks array and so it gets generated again. Haven't been able to reproduce it reliably to test that hypothesis though.
