[bug] crash when trying to load imageres.dll searching for icons

i wanted to use one icon inside imageres.dll when loading it it freezes for a time then it crashes.

p.s. how about add version info somewhere visible for a better bug reporting? (using 1.3.0 atm, but binary file states version 1.1.0.0)
