Centinel server is slow to respond and dies after a day or so

Immediate step was getting logging up, after that use logs to further troubleshoot.

May be related to bug in server.iclab.org from an external library. The library was generating a large number of exceptions and may have been DOSing the server

Additionally, @jakubd showed me one of the clients where the client couldn't upload files, or at least it only uploaded one out of several that should have gone up. This may or may not be related so we will open a new bug if this troubleshooting doesn't solve the issue.
