Outbound/Inbound Issue - Pending Status !!

I already installed ICTFAX and ICTCore, FreeSwitch in my Rocky Linux 8 Server, when sending an outbound fax, status keeps saying (Pending) and all faxes are having the same fax sending Time and Date (1970-01-01 02:00:00 AM), I guess they're missing code lines in (Transmission.php) file for sending faxes or for the backend code in general !!!... what should we do ?
