Inbound Faxes Don't Appear In Web Page To Download

Hello,

I've installed ICTFax on my Rocky Linux server, all is good but when I send inbound faxes, I can see them from my fax server directories but it doesn't reflect in my web to be downloaded !!

So specifically, I only need you to fix that please (for the outbound it's all fine), and I don't want to use Email-to-fax neither Fax-to-email service !

It's urgent !

I’ve carefully reviewed the ICTCore logs from your recent inbound fax attempts. Based on the analysis:

1. Initially, the system was successfully answering the inbound fax requests, but it failed to receive the actual fax packets/documents. This usually indicates an issue related to the codec configuration or T.38 fax protocol negotiation.
2. However, in the most recent log entries, the application or program is showing as “unknown.” This typically happens when the code has been modified, the application removed, or the corresponding database entry deleted. In such cases, the system will no longer respond to incoming fax requests.

To resolve the issue, I recommend the following steps:

• Test again with a clean, unmodified version of the code to ensure that the system recognizes the application correctly.
• If the fax is answered but still not receiving packets, adjust the codec configuration in the following file: /usr/ictcore/core/Gateway/Freeswitch/templates/application/fax_receive.json This should help the system negotiate fax transmission parameters properly and resolve the packet failure issue.
