the Network bursts code could be updated to fix a few issues:

1. 12500 is the sampling rate and appears a few times hard-coded, as does 0.002 and 25 bins (25 / 12500 = 1/500 s = 2ms).

2. what is the rule of skip in .nb_extract_features -- buffer around start and end time?

3. which plotting functions can be used to show output of NB information?
