Description
When accepting a summon, there is no way to resume completing the questionnaire after a break. Maybe we could give the beneficiary a link which can be used to resume the record if they need to take a break. This is already something we would support, because a summon creates a JWT which can then be resumed via the JTI route.
Need to think about how to explain this and where to put it in the UI.
