Exported iOS icons appear to have rounded corners

I recently exported an icon and noticed that the iOS export has rounded corners (which is really surprising). I've not dug into this yet, but if we're getting rounded corners this needs fixing as iOS has weird behavior if icons don't go corner-to-corner.
