Warning When Composer Is Not Used #4

If composer is not used, I get the following error when I log into the admin area:
Warning: file_get_contents(/var/www/shop/composer.lock): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/shop/app/code/community/IntegerNet/MagentoLocalized/Model/Installer.php on line 176
It should be first checked if a composer.lock is present before reading it. Additionally, it has to be checked if everything works if the _composerConfiguration is empty (which is currently not the case - you get another problem if it is empty).
