Missing email headers

Looking at the latest mails sent by kernel test bot (e.g. "Re: [PATCH v3 1/3] cxl: Move mailbox related bits to the same context"), it seems that many email headers that needs to be set are simply used as email body, in the above "cxl" example the header was

From: kernel test robot <lkp@intel.com>
To: oe-kbuild@lists.linux.dev
Cc: lkp@intel.com, Dan Carpenter <REDACTED>
Subject: Re: [PATCH v3 1/3] cxl: Move mailbox related bits to the same context
