Embed Forms into website in different areas to collect Visitors details

1. All call to action buttons can use same Form
2. Contact Us pages or similar pages can use one same Form
3. Site exit will be one Form
4. Subscribe to Newsletter will be one Form
5. In the Learning-Center and Blogs, when Visitor scroll through half-page, then a Form should appear to collect details before continuing to read fully. This will be one separate From.

Looks like on our current website, all the call to actions or anything is redirecting the user to contact page where the Form is. I think this will be quicker way to finish this task temporarily for today. Once you come back from Vacation, we can work on dedicated Forms for each area.
Every place where we want to collect Visitor's details please redirect the visitor to the contact page so that the Visitor will fill the Form there. Only for Learning-Center & Blogs & Case Studies areas must be a pop-up based on the scroll % and you can use the same Form in that areas as well for today. @tfsojon

where to put the newsletter form?

Create a button on the headerbar and also in the footer. When someone click on that, the Form should appear as pop-up.

For header bar button, the button should be small and the text in it should be small & clear, that way "Subscribe for Newsletter" words will fit into the button and the button is not going to occupy too much place.

In the Footer, you can pick any one of these 3 places shown in this screenshot and put the subscribe for newsletter button there.
