I've added the hacktoberfest label to this issue.

Context: There is a registry of different instances of InterMine at registry.intermine.org, and we would like a method that fetches the "neighborhood" for a given InterMine (effectively, it should perform an http request that goes to the registry and pulls back a list of names from the neighborhood field)

The current code to fetch intermines from the registry is here:

Task

add a method, perhaps get-mine-neighborhood that accepts a url (e.g. http://www.flymine.org/flymine) or a keyword (e.g. :flymine) for an InterMine, and returns all the intermines in the same neighbourhood.

You may wish to do #32 at the same time.
