Automated notification on expiration of registrar portal certificate #2847
Description
Notification to the user about approaching expiration date of portal certificates
In focus are the Registrar certificates
Interface = REGISTRAR
and their validation date
Valid to = 2026-01-31 14:37:00 UTC
The default time to expire for sending out the reminder should be 1 month (this should possibly be configurable)
The notification should be sent to the registrar contact email (users do not have email addresses in the registry)
