Add FD info to the domain list csv #2863
Description
Registrars have requested force delete info to the domain csv files to be able to filter and group such domains according to the FD reason (invalid email or ident)
Current auction list csv includes columns:
Domain Transfer code Registrant name Registrant code Expire date
lets add additional column for force delete - force delete 1 / 0 and FD reason from the notes
