Description
Specs define system requirements, and adding a new Spec can add, modify, or remove existing requirements.
The requirements management system must account for these changes and maintain a constantly updated list of requirements. Each requirement must be linked to the Spec that generated it and to all those that have modified it.
An artifact containing the requirements and all references must be defined. When a Spec is implemented and archived, the list of requirements must be updated.
