[BUG]: registering component

What happened?

I was trying to use WebView on my clients computer

I can't get it worked.

I even modified Register_web2.au3 here:
#105

to get immediate information about whether the UDF will be usable.

Here are my results of Update Register_web2.au3

There is some kind of issue with registering component as you can see in the following information

What did you expect to happen?

Help with solving problem why Register_web2.au3 It doesn't register the component correctly. That is, why can't I use it with UDFs?
