File manager not showing real upload limit (40mb)

Although Turnitin limit uploads to 40mb, the file manager is stating that the limit is the course upload limit (in our case 100mb). I'm not sure what happens if you upload something over 40mb as I couldn't find a document big enough! See screenshot.

This fix has been made and is in the develop branch. I'll leave this open until we merge into master though.

Also note that this repository is being superceded by https://github.com/turnitin/moodle-mod_turnitintool so please direct all future pull requests and queries to there.
