Negative capacity / flows

If a unit has negative capacity, it can result in negative flows. This might otherwise work as intended, but Matplotlib plotting fails when time series has both negative and positive values (when stacking). The flows from negative capacity units should be treated separately (maybe turned to positive by switching the direction between input and output) - or then they should be banned unless there is a clear use case.
