Seeing you've picked up the project again: would you accept a PR shipping the app's metadata (as used at IzzyOnDroid, where your app is listed since 2022-11-20), using fastlane structures? They're easy to maintain: just a few text and graphic files in a standardized directory structure, no special tooling needed – and details would come along with the PR.

Further: any plans to make the APK available again at Github releases here?
