Map centering issue, prefer map to center on connected VPN node at all times

Describe your environment

• Device: iPhone 13 Pro Max_
• OS name and version: _iOS 18.2
• IVPN app version: 2.12.4_

Describe the problem

A customer reports an issue:

Occasionally when the iOS app enters the background, the map's location Un-centers and goes to a different part of the map than what is connected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open IVPN app on IOS
2. Connect to US location (haven't tested other countries)
3. Put app in background for a good amount of time (5-10mins) - lock iPhone for a good amount of time (5-10mins)
4. Unlock iPhone and re-enter IVPN app to find the map is located somewhere you are not connected - i.e. Map is over New Jersey, although I'm connected to Chicago, Illinois

Observed Results:

Map is not focused/centered on the currently connected VPN node.

Expected Results:

Focus/center on the currently connected VPN node.
