Windows and serial ports?

@9names ran into an issue with serial ports on windows, which I think @bugadani has said is a known issue.

We should have guidance for running the demo projects on Windows, or docs that tell you how to do it in WSL, and eventually figure out how to offer a profile that works for this.

@bugadani serialport-rs generally works on windows, right? If I were to use a blocking i/o worker using the serialport crate, does that generally work with the esp32cx usb-jtag?

IIRC even mio-serial uses serialport under the hood, the problem is just trying to configure the underlying driver happens to fail for no good reason (whether on the host or the device side, I did not look into), and mio-serial doesn't try to continue after that.

espflash is also based on serialport and it tends to be pretty stable with the usb jtag hardware.

Can confirm that shoving

at the bottom of ergot/demos/std/Cargo.toml fixes the issue I was seeing.
