Add custom homing routine to limits.c

There isn't a whole lot of prior work when it comes to homing routines for wall plotters, but there have been a couple attempts that are worth testing out.

For many small-scale applications homing isn't a big deal, but if you want to go big, or do multi-tool prints, you'll want some automated way to get the machine aligned.
