[Feature Request] Add column sorting functionality

Currently, there is no way to sort columns in Fuel logs and Maintenance views.

Current behavior:
Items in the Maintenance view are sorted from oldest to newest by default, whereas in the Fuel Logs view they are sorted from newest to oldest.

Requested improvement:
Add the ability to sort columns (especially by date) so users can view the most recent entries first. This would make it easier to quickly see recent maintenance activities, such as what has been done in the last year.

Use case:
When reviewing maintenance history, users typically need to see the latest entries first rather than scrolling through older records.
