Updated the MAPGPOptimizer function to use kwargs directly instead of kwargs.data.

Quick fix for version compat and Warning messages.
I confirmed this code works even in higher version, and there was kwarg warning for using kwarg.data instead of kwarg.
I fixed one line only for that.
