Returning attribution along with data frame

Three text files:

1. Citation information along with license if available (Brian/Ellen will get this to John)
2. the query that was run, dataset metadata How many records that were returned or possible to be returned.
3. CSV file with data

These data will be returned as a list with three components:

1. data frame of phenology data
2. string with citation and licensing information
3. string with dataset metadata
