Clipboard view not placed properly #44

Hello,
When calling the clipboard view (CTRL + SHIFT + V) if there's quite a lot of entries, and you've previously increased its height to display more items, then the top of the view is invisible. You only see the part of the view from the current cursor position to the top of your screen.
You have to resize the height of the view to get it back into the screen boundaries.
Can you make it repositioned smartly ?
I work in dual screen with Eclipse Mars / JRE 8 / Windows 10.
